      Pros

      You may get lucky to find work as per your skills and to your liking. The place examplifies best how to make contradictory communication to employees and keep them guessing.

      Cons

      Not at all a People's Company Similar to Indian Govt- highly breaucratic Heavily driven from redundant, unnecessary and lenghty processes which are truely burdensome HR is worst and Compensation & Benefits not even close to Industry benchmark.

      Focused on Telecom domain. Shifted focus from BT by gaining other clients.

      Cons

      Though working in Telecom sector majorly still lack confidence in race with other non telecom companies. Very less bothered about employees growth. Location concentric job opportunities.
