The work options that you get. Being a MNC, you get opportunities in various skill set.
Cons
Appreciation isn't good. Most things come along the way with seniority and not by performance. It isn't an employee friendly company and with ongoing merger with Mahindra Satyam, rather than adopting the positives, at lower level the trend seems to be of adopting negatives. Decisions made aren't transparent, resulting in much dissatisfaction. As a result, the best leave the company and the average rise to power.
