      Diverse work experience. Good set of work standards. Good Training setup. Work integrated learning options available both to freshers and experience grads.

      Cons

      Not so employee friendly policies. Lack of clarity in the appraisal process and the lengthy process cycle involved. Pay components benefits below par.
