      Pros

      At times get good enough time to live social life. Have some good work but you have to be lucky to get it.

      Cons

      Work culture is not good. Promises are not kept. Middle managment is biased. Not completely a performance based company.

      Good company to start your career. knowledge gained in telecom and products in the beginning years take you a long way.

      Cons

      should try to maintain a perspective about employee's work-life balance so that the person can work more efficiently. A satisfied employee always works more than a frustrated employee
