      Pros

      TOTAL collaboration. A junior associate can easily contact client-side platform director, and he will not be discouraged from doing so.

      Cons

      Some resources are really stupid and are simply a waste of project funds, which would be better used in increasing employee satisfaction of people who actually contribute.
