      Good Telecom experice i have got after joining this company.. Got the best exposure to OSS layer of the telcome domain.

      Cons

      Promotion are pathetic. if your hard core performer need to ask the manager for the appricaion else you will be ignored.

      Pros

      They give chance to freshers. Shift allowance is good for TG grades. One can get movement to other locations easily within India Onsite opportunities are ample

      Cons

      Onsite opportunities only for lucky few, one who goes onsite once get to travel again and again. So for first timers it is difficult. The compensation is not as per market standards. Good place to start as fresher but moneywise no. Lot of office politics in promotions and appraisals.
