      Pros

      More overseas opportunities, can save good bucks while in onsite compared to offshore. Very good, cool professional customers. customer work place standards are very good.

      Cons

      Lowest pay compared to market, No respect for lower and middle grade employees, All HR policies are employer benefit oriented, carefully tailored to cut cost. Pathetic work place and infrastructure. Purely money making, cost cutting mentality at management side to the maximum extend. No ethics. No long term vision.

      First of all it the 1st MNC to offer me a job. And also to add reall nice company to work with.

      Cons

      Here the project allocation for freshers are random. They don't have any rights to select the project that they wanted to work.
