      Good Company for freshers to start with

      Pros

      Lot of learning opportunities for freshers. Good growth in terms of technically and professionally. Has got one of the best Training programs for freshers.

      Cons

      Remuneration is low compared to its peers. No bonus,performance payout. Being Telecom domain based you get stuck with developing in only one pillar.

      Provides space to operate, had a solid growth trajectory between $ 400 M to $ 900 M revenue. Pays better as compared to competition.

      Cons

      Centralized decision making and autocratic management. Highly subjective appraisal mechanism. No process orientation. Job not a career. Limited respect for employees. Revolving door policy on business development / sales side.
