      Good Telecom projects experience Interaction with various Telecom vendors like Oracle, Ericsson etc Handling clients in Middle East, Africa, UK etc

      Cons

      No transperancy, no guidance from management Severe in criticism, using foul language. Never head any praise. Promotions if you are boss's pet, else... Appraisals are a farce

      Regional (language based) polarisation towards hiring people is too much. First the management should get rid of this.
