      1. Good Place to work if you are @higher positions, 2. Onsite opportunity if you stay only for long time here 3. Better learning possibilities. 4. Gain for employee is for once when you only join the company.

      Cons

      1. Client frindly company not employee 2. Managers should be more over have commonsense to retain good people. 3. BPO type of work culture 4. No space for live ur life. 5. Policies are very company friendly 6. Hike is based upon the rules which are set by peole from mars.. not your performance 7. unhealty work culture.
