      Pros

      The best part is you will have a lot of free time. The work will be only of documentation. You will have to call up clients, ask them what they want & how they want. You are just required to document those and take a signoff.

      Cons

      There is a huge lack of transparancy. Your manager is not interested in identifying your skills and assigning works related to that. You will be asked to do something which is not at all related to your skill or interest. Moreover, if you want to get promotion then there will be lot of politics involved and you will have to satisy egos.

      Flexible working location and hours Employees are very nice to interact with Some things move faster because nothing is constrained by policy

      Cons

      Incompetent payer Very low respect given to employees by senior management Senior management has little vision or strategic direction Support function (except the infrastructure team) is very poor in responding - they are de-motivated
