      Good working culture. Good client. Client communication is great and learning is good. Nice place to start a career.

      Cons

      Poor Salary paid than compititors. Revision of compensation is below average. Tend to take freshers but wont retain experienced employees. Grade promotion take years.

      - Region driven working culture and favourism - Back in 2005 it was full of energy, now quality work only in limited pockets and to choosen employees
