      Good offshore teams but bad onsite management...no team work at onsite.

      Best for fresher Senior management are open and transparent Understanding the employee issues...but not at onsite

      Cons

      Conservative in thinking Middle managment ruin the company culture Favoritism and politics hampering growth Don't join for in the senior positions, promotions will freeze Senior Management people only thinking locally inturn onsite managers are taking undue advantages

      1. Good work culture as managers and non managers are seated in the same cubicals so there is no differenciation as such.

      Cons

      1. No Proper Hikes 2. Delays in the Variable Pay of a Quater by almost 1-2 months 3. No proper Appraisal 4. Salaries are too low as compared to other IT Companies 5. No Chances of getting released once you join the project. The only way out is to leave the company. 6. Slave of BT and ATT
