Pros

I honestly couldn't identify any pros within the company at this point. Since the acquisition, the environment has become increasingly stressful, and any potential benefits are either unclear or completely overshadowed by the negative changes. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency, support, and consideration for employee well-being, which makes it difficult to find anything genuinely positive to say about the current state of the company.

Cons

Since TPG was acquired by Tech Mahindra, the entire operational process has been a mess. Everything has changed, from management styles and reporting structures to internal systems and team dynamics. The new leadership appears to be focused primarily on cost-cutting, often at the expense of employee well-being and organizational stability. They are attempting to terminate long-tenured employees in order to reduce labor costs, and one of the tactics being used is the imposition of unrealistic and unattainable KPIs. These performance indicators are set without proper consultation, training, or support, making it nearly impossible for employees to meet them. This strategy conveniently gives management a reason to issue warnings or initiate terminations under the guise of “poor performance.” Many employees feel targeted and demoralized, especially those who have dedicated years of service to the company. The workplace environment has become increasingly toxic, with fear and uncertainty replacing the collaborative culture that once existed. It seems evident that the goal is to push out experienced staff and replace them with lower-cost alternatives, all while avoiding severance obligations by making the dismissals appear performance-based. This approach not only undermines the loyalty and morale of the remaining workforce but also risks damaging the company’s long-term reputation and operational efficiency.
