      Allows Hybrid work mode - weekly not compulsory any 12 days of the month in office

      Cons

      Will squeeze each and every last amount of sweat you can drop and won't pay enough.

      There is no sick leave bifurcation Work culture is extremely bad No proper support for working manager,hr are more inclined to managers rather than been employee centric

      Limited WFH options and poor communication from HR

      Pros

      No pros just luckily got a WFH only project which are very less in Tech Mahindra.

      Cons

      HR are not communicating properly. They don't have good projects to work on. Bench policy is 30-45 days based on your band. They don't give clarity on how soon a person can be released if they are on bench. No hikes and promotion given. Processes are not transparent.
