Are punished if you are not 15 minutes early because you can't start calls due to the old outdated systems. in the interview process are told that any holidays you currently have will be approved but when training process start this has not been passed over and you will be punished for having days off for booked holidays Extremely poor communication Just get your set rota changed zero work life balance

I worked at this company for 6 months, and it was the worst work experience of my life. The work culture was toxic, the hours were long, and there was no empathy for employees. The work culture was very competitive and cut-throat. People were constantly trying to one-up each other, and there was a lot of backstabbing. The managers were also very demanding, and they expected employees to work long hours without any compensation. The hours were also very long. I was expected to work 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week. There were also many times when I had to work on weekends. This made it very difficult to have a personal life or to spend time with my family and friends. Finally, there was no empathy for employees. The managers were very quick to point out mistakes, but they were never there to offer support or guidance. If you made a mistake, you were likely to be yelled at or put on a performance improvement plan. I would not recommend working at this company to anyone. The work culture is toxic, the hours are long, and there is no empathy for employees. If you are looking for a positive and supportive work environment, this is not the place for you.
