Not good company to rejoin. I left techmahindra more than 3 yrs back. They called me for interview after 2 technical round and hr discussion they told me they will get the approvals for package once its done they will be sharing the offer letter.In the meantime they asked me for the required documents and after 15 days they told me for the new hire we have got all the approvals and but were ex-techm employee we can't give you the discussed package and what they are offering is less than my current package that too I left techmahindra more than 3 years back. Please don't waste your time to go for interview for techmahindra they will not give you the package even matching the market standard.

- No work life balance - Your manager won't listen to your issues - Hr won't care what you might be going through - No Work life balance - Management is worst - Asked to work on Sundays - Managers way of talking is pathetic
