      Flexible, understanding to a certain degree.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment, harder you work the stricter they get on you, no real promotions or advancement. Raises are a joke, yet one should be thankful for the 1% increase. Expected to constantly go above and beyond job duties hired for.

      Partiality, Stress, Pressure everything would be there... No salary increment.. No higher positions... I think the coe doesn't remember a techm which is located in ambattur.. Everyone will be backstabbers...
