      Not considering a former employee to hire--Policy for 2 years

      Good Company. Good client.. Good Process, Good onsite opportunity who has good relations with manager. Good trainings

      Cons

      Bad appraisal (1 lac increment after working for 5 years) They are not considering a former employee to hire. They make a new policy if employee wanna rejoin before 2 years of separation they need to join on the same package.. Employee market value is double..so he/she left and wanted to rejoin again after a year or after 18 month or so..But Hr policy not allow to join, they are considering there employee to the same package where they left..

      Pros

      New Technologies , Encouraging ideas and a decent buffer policy giving enough chances for the start ups to explore and work hard.

      Cons

      Mainly appraisal, 90% politics - regional feelings , appraisal is not at all proportional to performance as your experience grows. Senior people make the process go worse. Client First policy doesn't care of employees satisfaction, No standard job rotation & what not. It has all the negatives that a contemporary mnc can have.
