      Good Company for Diploma and BSC Candidate

      Pros

      Diploma and BSC freshers will get a good techinal training initially from IMS ACADEMY which can help them to groom their career.

      Cons

      Salary incriment is almost NIL per annum and mangement people will not judge you properly as per your technical knowledge.

      There are no pros about this company to mention.

      Cons

      Very low salary, no motivation , lot of politics n biased, try to suppress their employees by giving no growth and promotion. No proper justification for not giving promotion. And if asked,everyone try to divert it to some other person. Working in this company is just suffering...suffering...and suffering. May be some employees getting benefited...not because of their work but coz of buttering. Not only you but even family suffer's.
