      Pros

      It is a great place to start if you want to take up a career in IT. The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and the vast variety of issues will provide you with lots of experience. The diversity and inclusion is also great as you are working with people from various countries, lifestyles and cultures.

      Cons

      Very high employee turnover. When I worked there, there were no benefits whatsoever (food vouchers, restaurant vouchers, insurance, etc.). TM also prefers hiring external talent rather than develop internal talent, which can be upsetting for many internal employees who are striving to obtain a promotion.
