      Disgraceful place to work. Micromanagement. Overtime doesn't get paid. TLS done care about staff and management are even worse. Unrealistic expectations for customer surveys. Can't go to the toilet in first hour, then only allowed 10 minutes comfort breaks for the whole day. No Human rights. TLS wander off for hours, no positive interaction from them. If you get so many errors, your discarded. If you want job security work somewhere else.

      The job is easy enough depending on which team you are on

      This is probably one of the worst work experiences I have ever had with a tech company They can change you from morning shift to night shift on a whim They change your job position on a whim No warnings when they change what team you are on If you have no life after work or a family or friends then this might work well for you. Please avoid this at all costs especially the Redmond location
