Negative energy, and the employees treats you as an enemy. They were so weird. At the beginning it was random hiring and 90% didn't have any IT experience. I resigned twice as my manager didn't accept the 1st resignation.

1. Internal increment is not up to the mark-not dependent upon your Ratings/ how have you worked throughout the year. 2. Biased ratings and decisions for promotions. 3. Longer you stayed in the organization, your CTC will decrease and wont be a match with Market level. 4. An employee will expect his/her farewell to be good after he/she has given 5/6 years to the project, but you don't get that farewell or even a call from HR/ manager. 5. Lolipop for H1/other country visa will be there to make you stuck there and in the end someone else close aid of manager will get the part.
