      Worst Management and not a good Paymaster

      Easily file H-1B Visa and provide onsite opportunity.

      Cons

      1.Manager do not come to office at Onsite and they are scolded many times by the Client. 2.Very few Client at onsite and once project is over you need to pack your bag in One day and return back to your home country. 3.Manager lacks skills in talking to the client.

      Nothing at all. No one deserves to be in a company like Tech Mahindra

      If you don't care about your future and are not really bothered about developing skills or making some good money, you can go and join Tech Mahindra.It is the company riddled with mismanagement, lobbyism, politics, dirty tricks and PR stuff - talk about anything and Tech Mahindra is on a different level altogether. And regarding infrastructure and amenities it's Indian railways general compartment. They have no idea when emergency situations occur.They are least bothered about their employees.
