It is a stable company, so it can offer a job for whole live. It is a renowned company and you can be part of it. Despite low salaries, benefits are good, so this make up for annual incomes.
Cons
It is a diplomatic company, so it is envolved in democratic processes. Sometimes to be good employer is not enough to grow up within the business organization. Salary is determined by company so it is not negotiable.
