You are in a fast paced top tier company where you will learn to work under pressure to get results. You will need to be a fast learner and a team player since you will have to work with several departments.

Cons

Each department looks after itself and that generates an unpleasant work environment. Yur will have to work long hours through the week and sometimes will have to work weekends. It will take years to move grow in the company and sometimes you'll have to wait for someone to leave to get a chance. There is no career plan for employees.

+ Good place to learn how a big company is moving on + Very good disposition of other areas to talk about the tasks they do + Possibility to be contract with another outsourcing company in order to improve your benefits and salary + Posibility to be involve in different projects such as entertainment, sports, life an style, canal 5 to mention some of them.

Cons

+ Bad communication between managers + Notorious favoritism to some people not for the work done. Therefore, chance to have a promotion is low. + There is no possibility to have workshops or external preparation + Constant dismissal of staff + No methodology or processes well defined
