Poca rotacion de personal, puede llegar a ser estable.

Cons

Si quieres utilizar lo ultimo en tecnologia, sera tardado, ya que para migrar a nuevas tecnologias si tardan su tiempo y generalmente van atrasados en utilizar lo ultimo en tecnologias. Otro es, por lo mismo que hay poca rotacion de personal, hay gente que tiene muchos anios laborando ahi, entonces para poder escalar sera un poco complicado y tardado.
