Pros

Better wage than most other part time jobs that increases after 18 months and then again after 3 years. They were willing to allow students to work just on weekends which supported at least 10-15 students in our store alone since it opened in 2008.

Cons

It can take time to move up the ladder to team leader and then to manager. The hours are fairly unsociable for part time workers and even full time workers. It's also not the most satisfying type of work if your there for the long term.
