Pros
Rate of pay pretty decent compared to others in retail. Free shares and benefits tho becoming less and less, are still welcome.
Cons
spread staff far too thin - most people in stores who leave are not replaced, or if they are, the hours are reduced. Workloads become unmanageable and cause stress for existing staff, which in turn does very little for staff moral. equipment needed, or which is faulty, is very rarely replaced in stores.
