      Pros

      Tesla works on very cool stuff, and everything is fast paced. If you like that energy and want to move quick on projects Tesla is great.

      Cons

      Technical debt at the company seems to rarely be paid off because there's constant pressure to perform and get stuff out. So this can often lead to headaches and struggles. Also sometimes the stress can cause teams to have hostility internally. But this is very team dependent; some teams seem to handle it well and work together happily, others not so much.

      Pros

      This has been such an amazing experience and I really love everyone I’ve met here so far. Definitely fast paced but everyone is so willing to help out.
