Great job .. new experiences.. meeting great hard working people.. good pay.. free transportation.. insurance-not first day as they say but about 5th day still not bad..

Cons

Horrible company.. turnover rate will never go down.. No work home balance at all.. only company that can change your whole contract without acknowledgment or permission.. only toe kissing will make it.. they are not appreciative at all nor do they care.. breaks suck.. I worked there for 10mnts same department had 8 different supervisors.. HR and upper management are completely blind don’t know anything, they use you until they feel they don’t need you, rules change everyday- etc. because this list can go on- Definitely have a lot of problems with discrimination and side picking

Pros

It's an awesome "CV-filler" for next opportunities. Amazing office and amenities. Cool, sleek work environment. I work less compared to South Africa but still more than the German weekly work hours limit.

Cons

As soon as I completed 6 months of probationary period, I have started to look for other opportunities. I work over-time over the legal work limit. I also request my employees to do the same. Everyone works and is expected to work over the official German weekly work limit, therefore there are less Germans compared to the international people.

Pay, thats it. When receiving your offer.. ask for more. You’ll need it to compensate for the BS.

Cons

Management is unqualified & has no idea what they are doing, parking is terrible, they lie to you more often than not. Lots of finger pointing. Safety is a joke. You are just a number.
