      Pros

      It's exciting to be a part of an industry-changing movement. Tesla really is an impressive company in terms of innovation and absolute commitment to its mission statement. It really does feel like we are pioneering a monumental change.

      Cons

      Growing pains...still considered a new company, and the status quo changes seemingly on a daily basis. This can be a good thing, or a bad thing, really. If you can adapt and roll with changes, it's exciting. If you need stability and to feel like your in control, it may be a draw back.

      Pros

      Tesla is a very young and rapidly growing company with a lot to learn from people who have done this for a long time. there is lots of room for people that can help out with the right attitude. There is a great vibe in Tesla and most want to see it do amazing things. but there is a lot of teaching to be done in many departments.

      Cons

      there is lots of people trying to make a name for themselves and most do not know what thew hell they are doing. Tesla needs to learn front he right people and not always from the loud mouths who try to be seen and heard when they should not even be considered. again there is much to be learned. A lot of areas are blindly getting by.
