      Pros

      Great atmosphere to work in and great guys working around you! Worked there for many years. get to work on all kinds of systems for the Model S. lots of work and got to get some great experience.

      Cons

      Management was horrendous! They could not keep a supervisor or manager in our area and had no idea how to hire after our core group was set up. Did not care about your family or your time, just wanted you to work forever and come in every day of the week.

      You get to learn from some of the best engineers in the world in a very fast-engineering environment. Invaluable experience.

      Cons

      It's possible to find yourself in a position where it's difficult to maintain a work-life balance. It is rewarding knowing that your hard work is changing the world however.
