Every word ever spoken is recorded and analyzed via AI. Everything I ever spoke, whether on or off the phone, up to and including non-customer facing interactions, and conversations with peers. I didn't catch on to this, or take it too seriously until 3 months down the road. It made it difficult to perform knowing that every word, action, or keystroke was factored into a rubrick thay rated my "Tesla Voice" overall. For the following three months, I'd never worked so hard at a job that I became increasingly worse at, until I was ultimately laid off.
