      Pros

      Smart people, very interesting work, lots of things to learn, very good to have on your resume (people go crazy over the fact that you have Tesla on it), food trucks available for lunch

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, very stressful, management can sometimes be unreasonable, no perks, people don't get along often, management sometimes rude and cocky

      Is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get into the auto manufacturing business.

      Cons

      Pay for hourly associates is decent but 17-19 an hour is really not enough to live in the bay area. Management is young and its a start up. You see a lot of favouritism when hiring in new management positions rather than skill base.
