Pros
TI is a terrific company to work for as an individual contributor probably more than as a manager like most larger companies. If you are a hard charging individual with ambition you can find yourself on a fast track provided that you make sure you are on programs that are going somewhere commercially. As you go up the technical ladder, you need to produce something of significance.
Cons
You probably will not get rich but you will be comfortable.
