Pros

Peers in the program were kind

Cons

This program is meant to mold you into a successful Technical Sales Engineer, but they don't teach you anything and if you ask any question they will Uno reverse and give you the same question back. (How is this helpful to learning??) You are essentially treated with the respect of an unpaid intern and the responsibility of a full time employee and very little guidance. Many people in this role leave during the program or quit in less than 2 years.

Pros

Good Pay. Good people. Good Benefits

Cons

With such a giant corporate company youre going to find people who "drink the koolaid" a little too much. Just ignore them and get your work done

Pros

Good pay and benefits, but in the end that wasn't enough to keep me at TI.

Cons

Poorly managed, little to no instruction as to what I should be doing. The pay might be good, but, if you are looking for a long enjoyable career, don't start at TI.
