They have a lot of work and do not layoff between assignments

Cons

High insurance cost and 401k only matches 1/2 of employee contribution up to 3%. Low salaries. Promotion from within difficult. Highly political environment. Human resource policies are followed inconsistently by management. Good old boy system alive and well. This allows some lower level managers have authority that goes unchecked and can have a negative effect on otherwise exceptional employees. There is repercussions to whistle blowers even though policy is written to avoid this.

Great leadership, great vision. The company is heading in the right direction. It is a well sized company, big enough to land some great projects but small enough to get to know the leadership. Concerns and critiques are always heard.

Cons

There can be some disorganization on some projects but I attribute this more to project leadership over office leadership. Some project teams just don't click but when they do the results can be extraordinary.
