Pros

It is ok for some one looking for a part time, back in the day it used to be more about contractors and people that had real skills. Ever since they went corporate and bought all things from China. Well they do not offer the same pay, and getting full time is just difficult and forget a set time to work. So is not for every one, many good people were let go because of their hi salary.

Cons

No loyalty, hard work. If you want to get a set pay negotiate from the beginning other wise raises are not more than 15 cents every month.
