2 Year TIP (Time in Position) requirement hinders career progression (specifically at entry analyst/sr.analyst level). Considering THD pays lower than the market, forcing people to stay in role for 2 years feels like torture. They say they have a waiver (it's in the SOP), but it only gets utilized for THEIR benefit, never yours. Not to mention mandatory 5 days in office announced the exact same time as theri RIF January 2026... Moral is the lowest it has ever been
