3 month extensive training provided with three hours per week with three role plays with a computer. Crisis volunteers are decently trained. Flexible schedule. All supervisors have been knowledgeable and respectful.

Pros

Impactful mission, work from home

Pros

Exceptionally kind people; crisis workers and volunteers that genuinely care for youth.

Cons

Toxic attitudes from leadership. For an LGBTQIA+ organization, I would expect them to be more considerate when speaking to and about the folks who work with/for them.
