Everyone is kind, intelligent, and passionate about supporting queer youth. You are seen and heard as an employee. Super smart staff. Great benefits. 10/10 recommend

Cons

Honestly, no cons I can think of. It's tough to have folks on the team spread so far apart around the country because I'd love to collaborate in person. But having folks around the country is also a pro because we get a diverse team.

Inspiring organization growing quickly and doing life-saving work every day. Really grateful for how much they have centered employee safety during COVID and that we can work remotely from anywhere in the country. I love the commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion--never worked in another place that cared so much about DEI.

Cons

It would be nice if we could do a staff retreat at some point next year.
