      Amazing people doing important work; great mission; ceo meets with everyone and seems like nice guy; very high-tech for a nonprofit

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about professional development; dissent is met with dismissal; really lacking diversity in leadership and very behind in inclusion; toxic hyper-sensitive culture that cares more about political correctness than people’s experiences; pay is not the best

      Pros

      I am so thankful to work at The Trevor Project. I love the people here and the culture. The amount events this past week made me so proud, bringing in Indigenous LGBTQ experts and the TDOR event led by so many trans staff. I've never seen anywhere focus so much education and events of folx of different identities. The pay increases this year were such a pleasant surprise and showed that the org really cares about employees.

      Cons

      I know we are growing quickly but I wish we could hire more amazing members of Team Trevor even faster!
