Was able to negotiate my days and hours worked

Cons

Customers were rude and would call headquarters to report you. Headquarters were constantly giving customers discounts which partially came out of owners pockets.

The boss hiring the store is very rude, incompetent, and probably going senile. Even scares away own customers.

-With it being a smaller store, you really get the chance to interact with your customers on a personal level. -A great learning experience! -The opportunity to work one on one with credible buisness owners. -You are able to become a Notary Public of Texas. -Flexible Schedule Sundays Off

Cons

-Not much room for advancement. -Stressful enviornment -No Health benifits -Lower Pay for todays economy
