Learn a lot and every day is a new challenge and project Great environment and easy-going, help is there when needed Working with latest tools and you learn industry processes

Cons

Will have to deal with regular clients (non-design) which might take time from finishing projects There was a learning curve when everything wrong is blamed on a person rather on machinery Unrealistic turn-around times given Owners took a while to warm up

My manager was fantastic, location was great so I had a great opportunity to work in a slightly stressful environment and make some good money through college.

Cons

Not all stores were run in this way. I worked at another store which was not organized and didn't focus on supporting other employers or achieving for the highest customer satisfaction.
