Pros

Amazing people. You work with some of the nicest people you'll meet. The environment breeds respect and kindness all around, both with peers and members.

Cons

Pay isn't grand... but it'll do.

Pros

great environment to work in because they provided a great wage for a job that did not take over the entire day

Cons

crowded at times throughout the day, and parents would at times be overbearing but that does not have to do with the Y its self

Pros

Free gym membership and child care for FT employees. Great if you actually have a child, otherwise you just work for no money.

Cons

No work life balance, low pay, everyone is constantly stabbing eachother in the back. On call 24/7 (oh and they don't give you a phone even though they expect you to answer at 5am)
