- We have retained our distinct identity post acquisition - There is a clear sense of direction in terms of what is expected to excel in your role, with well defined goals - The product itself is great - There is a strong focus on who is hired and how they are hired, which is why the culture is absolutely great - Work and money, both are great! - There is a deep sense of empathy within everyone from the leadership team, and this is exactly why they continue to retain people - Note that this is not something written by an enthusiastic new hire, who can only see the good things :)
