Pros
Every function at the company is differentiated and adds real customer-facing value. It's so much easier to get things done when pretty much everyone else in the company is smart, focused and wants to get things done. We build products that customers genuinely love. They clearly make a difference, particularly during the pandemic. The Cisco acquisition has gone well, and the founders remain very engaged.
Cons
Some well-meaning initiatives such as introducing OKRs have not been picked up outside engineering and so have lost a lot of their potential value.
