Genuine customer 'wow' moments are plentiful and we are solving substantial and relevant challenges for our customers. 2. Huge market opportunity globally and here in EMEA as we build out a team. 3. People here are smart, experienced and decent.

Like any pre-IPO company, there are challenges as we scale and it can seem like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done.
