      Good technical learning independent working atmosphere, decision making encouraged at all levels transparent organization ethical Good decisions made at right time

      Cons

      Slow in growth - not so agressive less flexible to suit market situations Talent management is missing Having expats at senior levels did not pay off during past years.

      Excellent pay, benefits and good co-workers.

      Cons

      Incompetent Arizona management. Constant turn over and loss of amazing talent. Working for Timken was nothing less than working for almost a dot com start-up.
